Founder:
Josephine O. Diaz, RN/DSD Director of Staff Development has over 30 years of nursing practice mostly in acute care and over 15 years in long term care. She understands fully well the importance of laying down a strong foundation of care giving for her nursing students to follow. She teaches and shares with the students her expertise in taking care of the sick, the weak and the elderly population of our community.
She firmly believes in the “Stress-free” method of teaching and provides a very friendly and caring atmosphere in her classroom and at the clinical sites. She carefully screen her instructors and making sure you can be a Certified Nursing Assistant in less time than you think!
